Our main priority is to ensure that you love all of our items and how we can improve when you do not like them. If you would like to return an item for any reason within 14 days, you can. We will refund you for the item when we receive it. The postage and packaging charge and the cost incurred to return the item will not be refunded. All items must be sent to 71 – 75 Shelton Street, London, WC2H 9JQ. We will supply you with return instructions through email.

We are growing rapidly each day,  and understand that a lot more of you now! However, we do not have any Ceesy accounts just yet. We hope to implement this soon. In the near future, you are going to be able to track orders, receive updates and navigate around the website easier. We are working on it!

It’s always exciting to get new things! We post items as soon as we can. It typically take between 3-5 business days to get to you. Please contact us if you have any further question.

We can only change the detail of an order before it is posted. We cannot guarantee any changes once an order confirmation has been sent. Unfortunately, if the order has been posted, we are unable to change any details. You will have to go through the return process stated above.

We quality check all our items before they leave us. Please contact us immediately if your item is not as advertised, missing a component or is damaged. We will do what we can to rectify any legitment issues.  This may include a full refund or replacement. Please note that photos of the item may be required.

No, unfortunately we only deliver in the UK.  We hope that one day we will be able to reach more of you and send Ceesy items across the world.

Yes, we do have periods where we release promotional codes! We also occasionally put these codes on our TikTok and instagram – make sure you follow so you do not miss out. To use a discount/coupon code, add items into your cart and enter the code at checkout.
